John Anderson ordered 25 tickets for 7/26 game, fish fry did #386 for first night and #371 for second night, Al Lingen brought up that workers for fish fry get 2 cases of beer and no one else gets it for free.
New Business- Fr John Anderson emailed Phillip Mills about ice cream truck-we usually sponsor for last night of CF-Don S 1st and Mark Casey 2nd $ and approved. Donuts for 5th Sunday 4/30/23, state free throw and knowledge test 6 knowledge kids and free throw kids to ladysmith 1st Don S. 2nd Rich Lyons and approved gas money,Haiti program donate for 2 kids-$ 1st Don S. 2nd Mark Casey and approved. Cleaning the hall Larry and Rj for $15 and approved, food shelf-ed Zimmerman 1st Doug Mills and 2nd Jared Gorka and approved additional $ for food shelf, Maria Helegerson -st mary’s golf tourney sponsors June 19, 2023 don s brought up $ and will table to officers, hwy clean up- arlene Tenner would like to do in May. BP to St Pat’s in Erin usually do cty rd g, nrfd-for fire safety-$0 1st Jeff Williams and Dennis Mitchell 2nd and approved. Cover both golf teams for dues $235 for each team 1st Don S. and Mark Casey 2nd and approved.
