GK Report-Went to convention in green bay, good experience, went to cathedral at diocesan of green bay, mark r won $500, Jack Connely $500, natalie otto-$500 from State convention raffle
Need 14 new members to reach star council,
Program Director-Katie & Scott Cole daughter won 1st at free throw, Scribner took 2nd place, youth programs are working, 4th degree in stevens point 4/13 and next year in nr
District deputy-if do want to do programs go for it, can commit when available coordinate w/4 councils st joseph icon til 6/13/23 get special time setup. Fraternal benefits on 5/30, ladysmith council meeting and clergy recognition dinner 6/21/23 in Bruce-want response by 6/14/23-jay’s supper club
Old Business- Grad Scholarships present 3 students will find out who they are in June newsletter, bingo 2 more nights left 5/21/23 bingo appreciation night looking for extra help. 4th degree coming up, blood drive 6/28 next one. St paul saints game Phillip Mills will print off tickets for Fr. John and he will get bus, donuts 5th Sunday went well.
New business- $ for st mary’s golf tourney-motion for $ don schoenhoerr and went to officer mtg and approved $ nays have voted for $ 1st-Doug Mills approved and Jared Gorka-2nd and approved
Vatican Flag bill brought forth by Fr. John-$ Don Schoenhoerr 1st and Rich Lyons 2nd and approved to pay, tootsie roll drive GK Phillip and Tim Bailey will setup 3rd week in aug dicks, Walmart, and farm and home, have a new cleanup hall person, st. Andrews dinner 5/24/23 wed 6:30pm for kids no alcohol plan for 30 people 1st Troy Schmitt and 2nd Rich Lyons and approved Maureen killian- corpus Christi procession on Sunday 6/11/23 after 9am mass. Fr John-Wills playground dedicated this summer predict end of June to be finished-could donate hot dogs for opening, Kris and Kendra bos-march family of the month for Superior, golf tourney KC Somersets Fri Aug 18, Laura Jo Jarchow-looking for tearing up rugs in st mary’s school, GK Phillip Mills working w/arlene tenner 5/13/23 sat on road clean up on cty rd G, $ 2 nights in Green bay-515 miles 1st-Troy Schmit and 2nd Don Schoenhoerr for Phillip Mills and District Deputy for $ for green bay and approve. Hall Clean up 5/12/23 yard clean up noon
