Grand Knight Report: We finished a very busy month. There was Highway cleanup, two Fish Fries, Holy Week, Easter, Tootsie Roll Drive, State Convention just to mention a few. Thank you to all who helped this past month. We could have used a lot more help on the Tootsie Roll Drive but all in all it was a very successful month. There will be leftover fish for sale at the May meeting. Only at the meeting, no emails!
At the May meeting we will hold Officer Elections. Also in May we will award the three scholarships.

Bingo: Here are the dates for KC Bingo for the month of May: 7; 14; and 21. These are the final dates for bingo before our summer break. What a great way to contribute & help our council raise money for the many causes that we support and its easy work. Food Drive: Ed Zimmerman can always use help on the 2nd Monday of each month, 11:30 a.m. at Walmart (southwest end of the building) to help load food and deliver it to the food shelf.

Keep them in your prayers: Brother Knight David E. Olson died on Wednesday April 19th. Dave was a Past Grand Knight, and Former District Deputy, a member of the Lawrence P. Gherty Fourth Degree, and an Honorary Life member. Dave joined the Knights on March 11, 1980, with 37 years of dedicated service to the order. Please keep Dave, his five daughters, and the entire family in your prayers.

James Zajkowski became an Honorary Life member on April 4th. Jim joined the Knights on July 29, 1990 and is a Third Degree member. Thanks for your 26 years of service – and congratulations Jim!
Honorary Member:
Michael Sager became an Honorary member on March 27th. Mike joined the Knights on August 5, 1979 and is a Third Degree member. Thanks for your 37 years and congratulations Mike!

State Raffle Tickets
Thank you to all who sold and purchased State Raffle tickets this year. 977 tickets were sold. We reached our quota of 3 tickets per member – with the help of some good salesmen: Don Schoenherr -91 tickets, Shawn Fox -52 tickets, Dean Mergen -30 tickets, Vernon Conrad -30 tickets, and many of you sold 10, 15, and 20 tickets each. Great job!
