Grand Knight Report
I received the resignation of our Financial Secretary Brother Pat Earley due to his new job as Richmond town clerk. Pat has done a fantastic job for us and will be missed very much. A great big thank you for the job you have done for our council and keeping the Grand Knights in line these past years. I received a letter from Carl A. Anderson on August 4th appointing Brother Jeffrey A. Williams as our new Financial Secretary. Thank you, Jeff for stepping up and taking the position. I know you will do a good job for the council.
On July 29th we held a Red Cross blood drive and it was very successful and we meet our quota. Thanks to all who donated blood. Also thank you to the volunteers who helped with the drive, Mike & Cathy Stevens, Mike Peterson, and John Linneman.
St. Mary’s School
Golf Tournament is Monday August 17th please get signed up if you haven’t as of yet it is a great time and time very well spent for a good cause.
Blood Drive:
We are signed up for two more blood drives October 22nd & December 18th please mark your calendars to get signed up to give blood.
Tootsie Roll Drive
Our tootsie roll drive will be held August 27,28,29 Don will be getting a sign-up sheet on sign up genius set up so please sign up saving us time so we don’t have to make calls to get the times filled up. We are only asking for a couple of hours of time during this drive.

Supreme will be holding Exemplification’s on line. Its a very easy way to be able to join the knights they are held very numerous times during the week. So please get out and recruit some new members. Exemplification will be on line. Please get to me your candidates name, address, & telephone number ASAP so I can get the information forwarded to Supreme and the information back to the candidate. If any one that is first degree now would like to receive full Knighthood now is a perfect time to get your 2nd & 3rd degree taken care of. Please invite family and friends to attend the ceremony. I know you will be impressed. Also please recruit a new member.
