Grand Knight Report
Wow! Where have the past two years gone? It seems like last week that I became the Grand Knight-the time really goes fast. It has been my privilege to be your Grand Knight these past two years. I hope that you will help and support the new Grand Knight these next two years as you have helped me. Congratulations goes out to our scholarship winners for 2021. They are Joseph Casey, Hannah Keilen, Tessa Jacobson and our newest members also receiving scholarships are Max Lilla, Noah Rud, & Russel Killian. Each recipient will receive a $750.00 scholarship. Good luck in your future studies! The June meeting will be held at the KC hall, masks are not required. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, that is understood, and is always an option. If you want me to set up a Zoom meeting, I can -- just let me know, call me at 715-781-0095 and I will set one up
There are three motions on the table for the June meeting. All three motions were tabled for newsletter publication and may be voted on at the meeting.
1. A motion was made and seconded to donate $1000.00 to the IC Youth Group for helping with both fish fry’s and road clean up.
2. A Motion was made and seconded have the two trees on the north side of the building removed for $3500.00. The stump removal would be $300.00.
3. A motion was made to have the pine trees on the west side of the building removed for $3300.00.
History Book
The history book received a Diamond rating from the state KC convention.
Recruitment
Please bring in the names and phone numbers of a prospect to the meeting. We need 7 new members by the end of June to meet are Star Council award. Supreme has dropped our quota to 12 new members for this year and YTD we have 5 which only leaves us with 7 which is very attainable. So please contact any new prospect and bring their name to the meeting.
Birthdays for the month of May
Oldest to youngest 60 & older: Happy Birthday to all. Louis Dabruzzi, George Dean, James Willett, Douglas Mills, Joseph Ard, Anthony Fagnan, & Rodney Haffner. Be sure to wish them a Happy Birthday when you see them.

The Somerset KC’s are having there annual golf tournament on August 20th, at Bristol Ridge Golf Course. If interested in playing please let me know as I have the forms to sign up.

This month we will be election of officers for the coming year. Please attend this meeting. We need a good showing of members, or you might just get a job.
Thank You Pat - We will be electing a new Treasurer, as Pat Becker will be retiring from the position. Pat has done an excellent job, and deserves our thanks for all the good work done on behalf of the Council these many years.
