May 11, 2021 @ 7:00pm
I would like to remind everyone that the Roadside Cleanup will be this Saturday, May 8th starting at Erin Corners at 12:55PM. We do have the youth group helping us out. Please show up if you can so many hands make light work for all.
I want to thank all the KC’s who showed up for Brother Bill Stacken’s funeral. He would have been impressed at what a great turnout we had. Bill will definitely be missed here at the council as he was always ready to jump in and help wherever needed. As mentioned in last month’s newsletter, Bill did a great job with the Fish Fry’s-both him and Connie did a lot of work to make it a big success. Bill was a member for 42 years served as a Grand Knight and 6 years as a trustee. Bill was also a 36 year member of the 4th degree.
May you rest in peace Brother Bill.
Gaynor (Bud) Marson, 92, also passed away this past week. Bud was member of our council for 65 years.
May you also rest in peace Brother Gaynor.
The May meeting will be the same as last month: meet upstairs with masks on and keep our social distance. You can also attend as a Zoom Meeting.
